About the FAQ
Oracle's Web Conferencing product, part of their Collaboration Suite product line, was first shipped to customers in 2003. This FAQ answers questions about how to do common tasks with the tool, and solves common problems in using the system.
I identified the questions by monitoring several Oracle support aliases and forums for the web conferencing tool, and by adpating and incorporating information from internal "quick start" guides written to support versions of the tool used internally at Oracle. I update the FAQ on an as-needed basis, whenever questions arise.
The FAQ is written in Dreamweaver, using a cascading style sheet developed by the Oracle Technology Network team.
